RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI KECERDASAN BUATAN BERBASIS FUZZY PROFILE MATCHING SEBAGAI REKOMENDASI OBAT PASIEN HIPOTENSI ARTOSTATIK

Abstract
Aplikasi Kecerdasan Buatan Berbasis Fuzzy Profile Matching Sebagai Rekomendasi Obat Pasien Hipotensi Ortostatik” yang dikembangkan, Aplikasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrogrman Pascal dan Borland Delphi sebagai GUI. Aplikasi ini memiliki beberapa bagian yaitu Form Menu Utama, Form perhitungan rekomendasi obat, dosis dan frekuensi dan Form Informasi Singkat Tentang Aplikasi. Tujuan dari pengembangan aplikasi ini adalah untuk membantu para dokter muda dalam memberikan rekomendasi obat menggunakan Aplikasi Kecerdasan Buatan Berbasis Fuzzy Profile Matching Sebagai Rekomendasi Obat Pasien Hipotensi Ortostatik. Hasil penelitian ini selain rekomendasi jenis obat, sistem juga dapat merekomendasikan dosis dan frekuensi penggunaan Fuzzy sehingga lebih tepat dan mengurangi kesalahan petugas medis dalam merekomendasikan obat serta dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi pasien dalam hal waktu, proses penyembuhan, dan biaya yang lebih rendah. Penelitian ini memberikan pengetahuan bahwa penentuan obat hipotensi memerlukan sebanyak 17 parameter ata pasien. Rekomendasi obat yang cocok untuk Hipotensi Ortostatik ada 2 jenis yaitu Fludrocortisone dan Midodrine.
